Advanced Services, Inc. (ASI) is a state-of-the-art call center and a wholly-owned subsidiary of GE Appliances.  ASI began in 1990 with the primary purpose of providing exceptional customer services to GE Appliances' growing family of customers.  ASI is headquartered in Memphis, TN with another ​facility located in Rapid City, SD. Between both sites, ASI has approximately 700 employees nationwide.  ASI's goal is to provide the consumer with the highest quality service and exceptional experience, as well as to build a connection with and support consumers in a positive, efficient, and creative way to reasonably and satisfactorily resolve concerns. ASI employees aren't merely call takers; they are problem solvers, solution seekers, listeners, and advocates.​
